Creative ITC appoints trio to boost global service growth

Tue, 19th Aug 2025

Creative ITC has announced the appointment of three new senior leaders as it pursues further growth following last year's private equity investment from LDC.

Dave Adamson has joined Creative ITC in the role of Solutions Director. He brings with him a background in shaping go-to-market strategies for technology services and managing high-performing pre-sales and technical account management teams. Adamson's appointment aims to enhance the company's ability to combine customer focus with technical proficiency as Creative ITC continues to broaden its global cloud services operation.

The technical services team will also be strengthened with the arrival of Kelvin Claridge, who will serve as Head of Service Operations. Claridge is tasked with leading operational reforms within the organisation, focusing on improvements in service onboarding and delivery. His responsibilities include driving innovation to optimise global support functions as the business scales up its activities.

Meanwhile, Gary Clarke takes on the newly established position of Head of Security. In this role, Clarke will be charged with expanding Creative ITC's security capabilities and governance functions. He will be responsible for overseeing the company's technical security strategy, as well as governance, risk and compliance initiatives. Clarke is also expected to play a central role as an expert point of contact for client security queries.

In a statement accompanying the announcement, the company confirmed the significance of these appointments in supporting its ongoing development:

Dave Adamson joins the team as Solutions Director, bringing extensive experience in developing go-to-market technology service strategies and building high performing pre-sales and technical account management teams. His appointment marks a significant step in the company's ambitious growth strategy, blending customer focus and technical excellence to scale its global cloud services capabilities.

The appointment of Claridge was highlighted as follows:

Kelvin Claridge joins as Head of Service Operations, strengthening the technical services team. He will lead operational transformation, driving continuous improvements in service onboarding and delivery, and spearheading innovation to streamline global support as the business grows.

With respect to Clarke's new role, the company emphasised:

Gary Clarke steps into the role of Head of Security, responsible for extending security capabilities and posture. He will oversee technical security strategy, governance, risk and compliance, and also serve as a key expert liaison for client security matters.

Creative ITC provides a range of scalable cloud platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, and sustainable IT strategies, supporting clients primarily across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector. The recent funding from LDC has enabled Creative ITC to expand its leadership team, as the company seeks to enhance its service delivery and global reach. The appointments have been characterised as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive organisational progression.

The company reiterated its intention to prioritise leadership development and service enhancement as a central element of its future plans. These latest additions to the senior team reflect Creative ITC's ongoing aim of supporting its customers with robust and sustainable IT services in a changing business landscape.
